Did You Know front-end users can now remove proofs from their previously ordered Library?

Every time a user orders a personalized product Propago saves the proof and associates it with that user. This makes it possible for users to access the versions of personalized products they’ve ordered before and easily re-order them.

Front-end users can now remove proofs from their personal “previously ordered” history via their My Library page. This gives users a way to clean up their proof library by removing redundant proofs.

  • Give users a tool for managing their library of previously ordered personalized products. 
  • A new tool to help make quickly re-ordering personalized products easier.

How It Works

To remove a proof or proofs from the list of previously ordered product proofs:

  1. On the front-end, go to Account / My Library.
  2. Click the “View Details” button for a product.
  3. Select which previously ordered proofs you want to remove by checking the boxes next to each proof, or use the Select All button to select all the proofs for this product. 
  4. Click the “Remove Selected” button. 
  5. Click to confirm.

In addition to removing the proof from My Library, the proof name will be redacted from the back-end order details in associated orders.
