Did You Know users can view and re-order versions of personalized products they’ve ordered before?

Every time a user orders a personalized product Propago saves the proof and associates it with that user. This makes it possible for users to access the versions of personalized products they’ve ordered before and easily re-order them.

There are two ways to access these previously ordered proofs: My Library and View Previously Ordered.

The My Library page lists all the personalized products the user has ordered before, how many times they’ve ordered them, and when they last ordered them.

The View Previously Ordered feature allows users to see all the previously ordered versions of a specific product. They can load a previous version into the proofing window to make changes or continue to re-order. The benefit of accessing a previous proof this way rather than the My Library page is that a user can load a proof and make changes before re-ordering.

How It Works

My Library is a page found in the Account tab of the portal. Users can browse previously ordered personalized products and re-order any version.

View Previously Ordered is a button found on a personalized product’s page after the user clicks “Personalize”. It can be found below the Continue button before proofing has started or on the bottom left side of the proofing window itself.
