Did You Know you can create Terms Agreements that trigger on Order Approvals?
New Setting: Terms Agreement – Is Approval Messaging
Terms Agreements is a feature that allows you to create custom terms of service agreements that users must scroll through and accept before continuing.
By default, a Terms Agreement will pop-up the first time a user attempts to login to the portal after the Terms Agreement is created. The user’s acceptance of the terms is logged and the pop-up will not appear for that user again.
Alternatively, a Terms Agreement can be made to intercept users when they are attempting to approve and order instead. With “Is Approval Messaging” turned on, the TOS pop-up will appear each time a user attempts to approve order(s) on the front end Pending Approvals page.
The log record for this type of Terms Agreement will also include the order ID of the approved order.

Benefits to You
- Flexible usage options for the Terms Agreement feature for both login and order approvals.
- Intercept all front end order approvals with a message and log each instance.
- See Order ID information in the log records of order approval TOS acceptances.
