Did You Know you can customize the Back In Stock email?

You can customize the system emails that Propago sends out for different purposes, including abandoned carts, order confirmation, and welcome emails. Back In Stock Alert is the newest email type to be added to the custom emails function.

This means you can customize the look and content of the emails that go out when a product has been restocked and a user has opted into a “Back In Stock” alert for that product.

Benefits to the Client

  • Customize the HTML content of the system’s Back In Stock emails.
  • Create a consistent format and design in your portal’s system emails.
  • Link customized emails to specific portals and/or user groups.

How It Works

To customize the Back In Stock Alert email:

  • Go to System / Site / Custom Emails.
  • Click Add Email.
  • Under Email Type, select Alert Part Back In Stock.
  • Give this custom email a name (note this name is for back end reference and will not be seen in the email).
  • Customize the email.
  • Click Create.
  • Once created, click Link Email to set up which portals and/or user groups will see this customized version of this system email.
