Did You Know front-end admins can now manage address access on a user’s details page?

The Address Book is a useful tool for your clients to be able to manage a centralized list of addresses and who has access to which.
We have added an Address Book section to User Maintenance so front-end admins have multiple options for managing addresses. Previously, assigning and removing addresses to users could only be done on the Address Book page (Admin / Setup / Address Book).

Benefits to the Client
- The ability to quickly add or remove addresses assigned to a user from their details page.
- Flexible options for Address Book management.
- See all the addresses a user has access to from their details page.
How It Works
To manage a user’s Address Book assignments in User Maintenance:
- On the front-end, go to Admin / Users / Select a user.
- On the right-hand side, find the Address Book section below Accounting Unit.
- Click the Address Book label to expand the list of addresses the user currently has access to.
- Click the “X” next to any address to remove access.
- Click “Add Address” to browse the Address Book and add addresses to the user.
- Click Save.
