Did You Know you can customize the Offer Order Confirmation email?

You can customize the system emails that Propago sends out for different purposes, including abandoned carts, order confirmation, and welcome emails. Offer Order Confirmation is the newest email type to be added to the custom emails function.

This means you can customize the look and content of the emails that go out when a user orders an Offer.

How It Works

To customize the Offer Order Confirmation email:

  • Go to System / Site / Custom Emails.
  • Click Add Email.
  • Under Email Type, select Offer Order Confirmation.
  • Give this custom email a name (note this name is for back end reference and will not be seen in the email).
  • Customize the email.
  • Click Create.
  • Once created, click Link Email to set up which portals and/or user groups will get this customized email.
