Did You Know you can edit orders and orderlines in the back end?

Back end admins are able to edit order details, shipping details, and orderlines. Only orders in Firmed, Back Ordered, or Released status can be edited.

These tools give you the ability to quickly correct mistakes for individual orders on the fly.

  • Change anything from shipping details, to order details, to orderline items, and more, after an order has been placed.

How It Works

To edit an order, go to Orders / Search and select an order.

  1. Only orders in Firmed, Back Ordered, or Released status can be edited.
  2. To edit orders in Back Ordered or Released status, first you must click Update Status and switch the status of the order to Firmed.
  3. Once the order is in Firmed status, you’ll see blue Edit buttons in the corners of all editable sections.

Note: Once you have completed editing the order, set it back to Released status so that it can continue through the fulfillment workflow.
