Did You Know you can change the landing page of a user group?

You have options for determining what page users will land on when they log in to their portal. You can set the landing page for a customer and for individual user groups.

There are several premade landing page options available, including a new option: Digital Assets. You can also create your own custom HTML landing pages to use. Learn more about creating custom HTML pages. Click Here

  • Customize the user experience by choosing what page users land on when they log in.
  • Give user groups different landing pages based on how they most often use the portal.

How It Works

To change the default landing page for a customer, go to Portals / Select a Customer / Settings. In the User Experience section find the Landing Page Defaults option. Choose from the following: Digital Assets, Root Product Categories, Featured/Hot Items, Calendar.

Any custom pages you’ve created will also appear as options.

You can set the landing page for a user group by going to Portals / Select a Customer / User Groups / Select a User Group. Go to Settings and find the Landing Page Defaults option.
