Did You Know you can now change Producing Partners per order line when editing orders?

The Producing Partners feature is now more flexible and adjustable on the fly. We’ve added the ability to swap out the Producing Partner assigned to individual order lines—straight from the Order Details page.

Now, you can reassign order lines to different Producing Partners as needed, with the following pre-requisites:

• The order is in a Firmed status.
• The alternative Producing Partner is also associated with the product SKU.

When you edit Producing Partner assignments in the order lines of an order, the Producing Partner linkages on the order level are automatically updated accordingly.

How It Works

1. Ensure the Order is in Firmed Status
   Only orders in the firmed status can have their Producing Partner assignments edited.
2. Edit the Order Line
   Navigate to the specific order line you wish to change.
3. Select a New Producing Partner
   Choose from the list of Producing Partners associated with the product.
4. Save Changes
   The system will automatically update the order’s Producing Partner linkages based on your changes.
