Did You Know you can adjust inventory quantities on the Part Locator page?

We have added the ability to adjust quantities of a SKU per location directly on the Part Locator page. In addition, you can now download part images and hi-res print files from the Part Locator page. 

These improvements to the Part Locator page give your team more workflow options for performing inventory management tasks quickly and efficiently, especially when dealing with SKUs in multiple warehouse locations.

Benefits to You

  • Speed up inventory management workflows by adjusting inventory straight from the Part Locator page. 
  • Download part image and hi-res print files from the Part Locator page.
  • See which parts are inactive at a glance on the Part Locator page, with red text highlighting currently inactive parts. 

How It Works

To adjust inventory quantity for a SKU in a location on the Part Locator page:

  • Go to Warehouse / Part Locator.
  • Search for a part. 
  • Next to the number in the “On-Hand” column, click the Adjust button. 
  • Enter the new quantity that you want to update this SKU at this location with. 
  • Select an Adjustment Reason from the dropdown.
  • Optionally, add a comment to this adjustment.
  • Click Save.
