Did You Know you can edit shipment information on an order’s back end page? 

On the Order Maintenance page via the back end Orders section, you have the ability to change the details of a shipment. 

This can be done by clicking into the shipment number and then editing the information in the pop-up. 

Benefits to You

• Make changes to the details such as date and cost of a shipment on an order’s maintenance page.
• Correct information for specific shipments for an order.

How It Works 

To make edits to shipment information for an order go to that order’s maintenance page in the back end. Orders / Search / Select an order. The shipments for the order can be found under the Shipping Details section. Click the shipment number to open the pop-up for making adjustments to the shipment. 

Once done editing, click Save.
