Did You Know you can record the Receipt Type (Box or Pallet) when receiving inventory?

Receipt Type is a new field on the Receive Inventory page that allows you to note whether the inventory is received via box or pallet. This is an optional field.

This new field can be reported on via the Inventory Transactions report with a new column called Receipt Type. 

Benefits to You

  • Add more pertinent information to inventory as it is being received into the system.
  • Record the receipt type on the Receive Inventory page (box or pallet). 

How It Works

In the back end, go to Warehouse / Inventory Transactions / Receive Inventory.

After searching for a SKU, you will see a field called “Receipt Type” with a drop-down. Choose Box or Pallet from the drop-down when inputing receiving information.
