Did You Know two new reports have been added for tracking user usage?

Two new reports have been added to the Standard Reports page: User – Order Counts and User – Product Price. These reports are similar to the Part Usage reports but look at order amounts and spending per user instead of per part. 

Both new reports are designed to make it easy to see changes in the order quantities and spend amounts of each user over time. The reports can be filtered to only return specific users with the Select Users option. 

Benefits to You

• Get order counts per month over the last 12 months broken down by user.
• Get order price amounts per month over the last 12 months broken down by user.
• Export, schedule, and customize two new reports to track user usage over time. 

How It Works 

The new user usage reports are available in both the front and back end Standard Reports page.

Back end:

1. Go to Reports / Standard Reports.
2. Click the new section titled Usage – User.
3. See the reports, titled User – Order Counts and User – Product Price.

Front end:

1. Go to Admin / Reporting.
2. Click the new section titled Usage – User.
3. See the reports, titled User – Order Counts and User – Product Price.
