Did You Know front end Dashboards have been updated with improvements and new charts?

The front end Dashboards are a convenient data reporting for your clients to understand their marketing portal activity. Whereas standard reports give detailed spreadsheet breakdowns, dashboards provide clients with interactive charts to see trends at a glance.

Propago’s Dashboards have recently been updated with several improvements and new additions. These updates include: 

  • An overall visual refresh to the look and feel of the dashboards.
  • Smart date range responsiveness. For example, choose “Year to Date” and the charts will automatically adjust to “by month”. Choose “Last 7 Days” and the charts will summarize “by day”. 

In the Overview section:

  • The main Orders chart now shows average orders daily instead of total orders in the timeframe.
  • Added an Orders By Ship Method chart.
  • Added an Average Lines Per Order chart.

In the Products section:

  • Pie chart items can be filtered out of the view on the fly by clicking the name of an item.
  • Added detailed filter options:
    • Item Type
    • Commodity Code
    • Buyer Code
    • Inventory Status
    • Velocity
    • Active Status
  • Added a Current Inventory Alerts chart.
  • Added a Top 10 Products by Times Ordered chart.
  • Added a Velocity Status chart. The velocity measurement is broken down as follows 
    • Picking Up – Product usage has continued to increase.
    • Recovering – Product usage still behind all time usage velocity but is increasing.
    • Recovery Stalled – Product usage was increasing but slowed in most recent quarter.
    • Declining – Product user has continued to decline.

In the Users Section:

  • Added a User Group filter.

  • New charts and filter options give provide clients and front end admins with more functionality and relevant data to understand activity on their portal.

How It Works

Dashboards can be accessed by front end admins in the Admin tab of the portal. Access to the front end Dashboards can be toggled per user by going to their details page in the back end:

  1. Go to Portals / Select a Customer / Users.
  2. Scroll to the Admin Pages section.
  3. Here you can enable or disable access to the Dashboards by checking or unchecking the corresponding box.
  4. Save.
