Did You Know parts can be added or removed from orders during approval?
Front-end admins can add or remove parts from orders that are in their Pending Approval queue. This enables approvers to update orders before they go to production if the user forgot to add an item or added items by mistake.
Benefits to the Customer
- Remove items from an order before it goes to production.
- Add items to an order during the approval process.
How It Works
To add or remove items from an order as a front end admin:
- Go to Account / Pending Approvals.
- Select an Order.
- Above the list of items in this order, click the Add to Order button.
- Search for an item, select it, and click Add Parts.
- If it is a personalized item you’ll be taken to a proofing page.
- You can update the quantity of the item from the approval page.
