Did You Know you can control what delivery options users have for printed goods?

Any print part, personalized or static, can be given the option to order electronically. This is called eDelivery and it means when the user orders the part, they receive an email with a download link.

eDelivery is trackable and the client can run reports on these eDelivery stats.

You can control which options users have when it comes to delivery of printed parts using the Delivery Option setting.

Benefits to the Client

  • Allow users to download their proof or an electronic copy of collateral.
  • Give users options for delivery of printed items depending on their needs.

How It Works

Find the Delivery Option setting on the details page of a part in the back end. It’s in the first section of a part’s page, under the comments field. There are four possible settings:

Physical: Standard shipment delivery of the physical product.

eDelivery: User will receive an email with a download link for the proof or static asset.

Both: Users can choose between physical delivery and eDelivery

All: Users will receive the part physically and an electronic copy will be sent.
