Did You Know you can add custom HTML to the root category page?

There are several places on client portals where you can add HTML to customize the user experience. The root category page is one of those places. Custom HTML can be appended to the top of the root category page to add more personalization to your client’s portal. Add images, text, and HTML styling to create unique messages and branding to the category selection page.  

Benefits to the Client

  • Add branding elements to the root category page of the portal.
  • Insert important information or an announcement to the root category page.

How It Works

The option to add HTML to the root category page is found in the Messaging section of a portal’s details page. Find the Messaging section on the left-hand menu and then scroll down to the option called “Category Page Message.” Insert HTML into this text box to add HTML to the top of the root category page.
