Did You Know you can change portal-wide display options?
The Display Options section allows you to easily toggle the visibility of certain elements on your clients’ portals. This is a portal-level feature that effects the view of all users on the portal. Display Options is not a new feature but we have added new options to the list of Display Options over time. Here are a few that have been added recently:
Qty Available: Globally removes quantity available information from the portal.
Checkout Order Comments: Hides the Order Comments section in the checkout process, removing the ability for users to leave comments with orders.
Checkout Order Tag: Removes the Order Tag field from the checkout page.
Checkout Alternative Email: Removes the Alternative Email field from the checkout page.
Part Details Additional Information: Removes the Additional Information section from all part details on the portal.

How It Works
Go into a portal’s details page in the back end. Find the section called “Display Options” in the menu on the left. By default, all toggleable elements are visible. To hide an element from the portal, select that element in the Currently Visible column and use the right arrow button to move it to the Currently Hidden column.
