Propago has integrated with Avalara, a leading provider of cloud-based tax compliance automation for businesses. That means that you can now take advantage of automated sales tax calculation on the Propago platform. Get real-time calculation of applicable taxes, fees and surcharges for every billing line item.
This convenient tool can significantly cut down on time spent ensuring tax compliance and accurate tax calculation for orders, especially when more complicated tax rules come into play, such as with international orders.

How Does It Work?
You’ll need to make an account with Avalara to utilize their automated tax compliance solution, AvaTax. To connect AvaTax to your Propago account, go to the Tools tab in the back end and select Data Connectors. Click Add New Connector. Enter the following information:
- Account Number: Provided during your AvaTax account activation process.
- Software License Key: Provided during your AvaTax account activation process
- Service URL: URL to connect to the Development or Production AvaTax services
- Company Code/ID: Company profile identifier in the AvaTax Admin Console
