Did You Know You Can Now Download Global Profile Images?
Global Profiles are a powerful feature in Propago that allow you to store and manage user-specific data, such as contact information, logos, or headshots. This data can then be used to automatically personalize marketing materials, saving time and ensuring brand consistency.
We’re excited to announce a small but significant enhancement to Global Profiles that will make managing profiles even easier. You now have the ability to download images directly from Global Profile image fields.

This new download functionality offers several key advantages for managing your marketing assets:
- Repurpose Assets with Ease: Quickly download profile images to use in other marketing materials or platforms without having to track down the original file.
- Verify and Archive: Easily save local copies of original image files for brand compliance verification or for your own records.
- Streamline Workflows: Save time by providing your teams with a direct way to access and export essential image assets right from a user’s profile.
How It Works
When viewing a Global Profile that contains an image, you will now see a “Download” link next to the image field. Clicking this link will initiate a download of the original image file that was uploaded.
