Did You Know you can now change warehouse selection and ship-to email when editing orders?

We have added a few new editable options to the back end Order Edit page. In addition to editing order details such as part quantities, shipping info, and producing partners, you can now:

  1. Select a different warehouse for fulfillment.
  2. Update the alternative email address for your ship-to recipient.

These enhancements give you greater flexibility to route orders to the right location and ensure shipping notifications reach the correct contact.

Benefits to You

  • Quickly switch the warehouse assigned to an order without having to cancel and re-enter it.
  • Keep your recipients in the loop by updating alternative email addresses on the fly—no more missed notifications.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to the order. Go to Orders › Search, find the order you need to update, and click Edit in the upper-right corner of the section you wish to make a change within.
  2. To change the warehouse. In the Warehouse dropdown, choose from the list of active warehouses for your site.
  3. To add or edit the ship-to email. Locate the Email field and enter the address.
  4. Save your updates.

Note: Only orders in Firmed, Back Ordered, or Released status can be edited.
