We’ve made an update to give you more options when setting up Order Limits. This update adds convenient periodic time frame options for Order Limits at both the Portal and User Group levels.

Learn more about Order Limits.

Previously, the Time Frame for Order Limits required manually specifying a number of days for calculating when the limit resets. Now, a handy dropdown has been introduced, making setup quicker and ensuring consistency across your configurations.

This update provides greater control and streamlines your workflow, making it effortless to manage and enforce your Order Limits effectively.

Benefits to You

  • Easier setup of recurring Order Limits.
  • Increased flexibility with clearly defined reset periods.
  • Improved consistency across your portals and user groups.

How It Works

When you set up an Order Limit, the Time Frame field now doubles as both an input and a dropdown. Simply click into the field to see these new periodic options:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annually

Selecting one of these options will automatically reset the count of orders after the chosen period—weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. This makes it easy to set predictable and intuitive Order Limits without having to calculate days manually.

The Time Frame field also continues to function as it always has. Enter a custom number of days manually, and Propago will enforce your Order Limit on a rolling basis—just as you’re accustomed to.
