New Backend Feature: Bulk Part Image Upload Tool

The new Bulk Part Image Upload tool makes it easier than ever to update large numbers of SKUs with new artwork or print-ready files. With this feature, you can make bulk updates to all three part image properties: Part Image, Override Storefront Image, Print-Ready File. 

This tool is especially useful in conjunction with the Bulk Part Loader. Together, these tools allow you to create new parts and assign images in a seamless, two-step process.

How It Works

To upload images to parts in bulk: 

Step 1: Prepare Your Load Sheet

  1. Navigate to Part → Parts → Bulk Part Image Upload.
  2. Click Download Template to get the load sheet.
  3. Fill out the template:
    • Add SKUs for the parts you want to update in the SKU column.
    • Enter the filenames of the images in the corresponding columns:
    • FILENAME for the Part Image.
    • PRINT_FILE for the Print-Ready File.
    • OVERRIDE for the Override Storefront Image.

Step 2: Upload Image Files

  1. Collect all the image files you plan to upload.
  2. Drag and drop the files into the upload box labeled DROP FILE HERE TO UPLOAD, or click Select Files to browse and upload them.

Step 3: Assign Images to Parts

  1. Click Import Part Image Assignment.
  2. Select the completed load sheet with the SKUs and image filenames.
  3. The system will automatically match the images to the correct properties for each SKU.

A popup will display the results of the import, including how many parts and properties were updated.
