Did You Know you can disable the “Expiring in XX Days” pop-up?
Product expiration is an optional part feature that will cause a part to be pulled from the storefront automatically on a specified date. There is a setting that will show a pop-up alert when a user adds a product to their cart which will be expiring soon. The setting allows you to specify how many days before the expiration date that the pop-up will be triggered.
There is now an option to disable this alert entirely. This option doesn’t affect the expiration function for parts. It just disables the pop-up alert warning users of upcoming an expiration date.
Benefits to the Client
- Control whether or not users will see an upcoming expiration alert when adding a product set to expire to their cart.
- Use the expiring part feature without alerting users about product expirations on the storefront.
How It Works

- Go to Portals / Select a Customer / Settings.
