Did You Know you can send a welcome email to all users in a user group at once?

We have added a Send to All function to the portal Welcome Email for user groups. On both the front and back end, there is an option to send out the Welcome Email to everyone in a user group at once.

Benefits to You

  • Resend your portal welcome email to all users in a user group.
  • Quickly send the Welcome Email to everyone in a newly created user group.

How It Works

To send the Welcome Email to all users in a user group from the back end:

  • Go to Portals / Select a Customer / User Groups / Select a User Group.
  • Click the Send Welcome Email button.
  • Click the Select All User(s) button.
  • You will see an alert that says “Send Welcome Message to all Users in User Group?”
  • Click Continue.

To send the Welcome Email to all users in a user group from the front end you must have front end admin access. When logged in on the front end:

  • Go to Admin / Users.
  • Click Send Welcome Email to All users in the top menu bar.
  • You will see an alert that says “Send Welcome Email To All Users?”
  • Click Continue.
