Did You Know you can resend order communication emails from an order page?

From an order’s details page in the back end, you can resend order confirmation and order shipment emails anytime.

The Order Communication section also shows when the original email went out and by hovering your mouse over the address book icon you can see who the recipients were.

Benefits to You

  • Quickly resend emails to users regarding their orders when necessary.
  • See when order communication emails were sent to users.

How It Works

To resend order communication emails:

  • In the back end, go to Orders / Search.
  • Select an order.
  • At the bottom of the page find the Order Communication section.
  • Click Resend to resend an email.
