Did You Know you can see inbound quantities for a part on its details page?

The Show Inbound Quantities modal lets you see at a glance what inventory is due for a specific part. This part-level view shows total inbound quantity, open purchase orders, and open jobs.

Benefits to You

  • Quickly check what open jobs and purchase orders are out for a specific part.
  • See the total inventory quantity that’s scheduled for a part.

How It Works

Find the Show Inbound Quantities view by going to Part / Parts. Select a part. Click the Show Inbound Quantities button in the Part Information section.
