Did You Know you can change part workflow options when editing parts in bulk?

With the Bulk Part Edit function, you can set many parts as purchase workflow or print workflow parts at once. You can also change the service part, customer-owned, negative demand, and many other part-level flags using Bulk Part Edit.

These bulk edit options make it easier to set up large additions of similar parts. For example, say you are creating several versions of a new business card using the New Revision function and you forget to turn on the Print Workflow setting. You can easily turn this setting on for all your new parts at once using Bulk Part Edit.

How It Works

To change part workflow options in bulk:

• Go to Part / Parts.
• Select the parts you want to change.
• Click Bulk Edit.
• Click Part Flags.
• Select the flag you want to change.
• Set to “Yes” or “No”.
• Click Save.
