Did You Know you can attach additional files to an order from the back end?

Users can add additional files to their order during the checkout process. These additional files can be images, PDFs, or other documents* that give the production team more information about the order.

Now, you can also add additional files to an existing order from the back end. These additional files can be accessed by front end users.

*other file types that can be attached to orders include Word and Excel documents.

Benefits to the Customer

  • Add additional files to orders such as updated proof PDFs or images.
  • End users can access any additional files attached to one of their orders any time on the portal.

How It Works

To attach additional files to an existing order in the back end:

  • Go to Orders / Search.
  • Find the order you want to add a file to and click the order number to go into its details.
  • In the Additional Files section, click Select Files or drag and drop the files you wish to upload.

Additional files attached to an order can be seen both by front end and back end users. These files can be seen in the following places:

  • Front End Order Details: Admin > Orders
  • Front End Approvals: Account > Pending Approvals
  • Front End User Orders: Account > Orders
  • Back End Order Details: Orders > Search
