Did You Know the Company Notes field can be used to store info about customers/portals?
The new Company Notes field gives back end administrators a convenient place to tuck notes about specific portals.
This field doesn’t affect the front end and is merely for your use. You can use it to record miscellaneous comments and info for future reference about a company or their portal.
Benefits to You
- Portal-level field for keeping notes about a company and/or their portal.
How It Works
Go to Portals / Select a Customer. Find the Company Notes field on the Basic Information page above the Company Logo setting.
