Did You Know you can add you and your customer’s branding to portals with White Label Settings?

White labeling allows you to customize the look and feel of your portals to match you and your customer’s branding. You can add your company’s branding elements across all your portals and override those elements for individual customer portals.

Benefits to the Customer

• Apply your own branding to the logo, loading image, and favicon of your portal.

How It Works

Go to System / Site / White Label to set up branding elements across all of your portals.

Here, you can control the following elements:

Site-Level URL: This is for the URL of the back end.

Powered By: This text will appear in the footer of all pages of your portals.

Portal Facing Logo: This logo will appear on the login page of your portals.

Admin Icon: This icon will appear on the left side of the menu bar of the back end.

Portal Favicon (ICO): This icon will appear in the browser tab.

To change these branding elements for a specific portal, go to that portal’s details page and scroll down to the Portal-Level White Label Settings section.

Here, you can override the elements that have been set up in the site-wide white label settings.
