Did You Know you can tag Global Profiles for easy searching?

Global profiles give your clients a way to organize sets of data that will be used repeatedly. Global profiles are a flexible tool and different clients utilize them in different ways. For clients that have many global profiles, the global profile search feature can be useful. This search field is built into global profile dropdowns while proofing and makes it easy for end users to quickly find the info they’re looking for.

Keywords can be added by front end administrators to global profiles for tagging purposes. The search feature uses a combination of global profile names and keywords to provide the user with the best matches for their query.

How It Works

Any user who has access to edit global profiles can add keywords to global profiles. This is done in the Manage Keywords section on the left-hand side of a global profile’s details page.
