Did You Know the Variable Data Source page just got a few interface enhancements?

At Propago, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience using the platform. That’s why we’ve rolled out a few interface updates to the Variable Data Source page—to help you work faster and smarter!

1. Smart Search:
You can now quickly locate a data source by typing in the new search bar. As you type, the list filters in real time—helping you quickly find what you need.

2. Enable/Disable with a Click:
Have a data source you don’t need right now, but don’t want to delete? Now, you can deactivate a variable data source, which will instantly hide it from the main list. Need it again later? Just activate it with a single click! Use the new “Show Inactive” checkbox to easily review all hidden (inactive) sources and bring them back whenever needed.

3. Cleaner Interface:
With these changes, your Variable Data Source page is now easier to navigate, less cluttered, and more efficient—so you spend less time managing data and more time getting things done.

Benefits to You

  • Find data sources instantly with search.
  • Hide unused sources without deleting them by disabling.
  • View inactive variable data sources and enable or disable sources as needed.

How It Works

  • Search: Enter any part of a data source name in the search box and instantly see matching results.
  • Activate/Deactivate: Use the new buttons at the top of the page or the checkboxes to select data sources you want to enable or disable. Disabled sources disappear from view until you choose to show them again.
  • Show Inactive: Toggle this checkbox to display or hide inactive data sources.
