Did You Know you can now create Consolidated Jobs in the POD Production Queue?
We are introducing a new high-volume management tool to help streamline your print production workflow: Consolidated Print On Demand Jobs. This consolidation tool can help simplify job management and reduce redundant paperwork and files to keep track of.
This feature gives you the option to consolidate multiple items in the Print On Demand (POD) Production Queue into one multi-SKU print job, sharing a single job number. Consolidated Jobs give you the flexibility to generate individual print travelers or the newly designed consolidated print traveler. Of course, creating consolidated jobs is entirely optional. You can choose to create individual jobs whenever that would better suit your workflow.

How It Works
Creating a Consolidated Print Job
- Navigate to the Production Queue: Go to the Print On Demand section of the Production Queue page.
- Select Multiple Lines: Choose the lines corresponding to the jobs you wish to consolidate.
- Click “Create Job”: After selecting the desired lines, click on the “Create Job” button.
- Choose Consolidation Option: A pop-up will appear asking if you’d like to create a Single Consolidated Job or Individual Jobs. Select Single Consolidated Job to proceed.
Once created, the system assigns the same job number to all selected lines, effectively grouping them into one consolidated job.
Viewing and Managing Consolidated Jobs
- Print Order Travelers: When printing order travelers for consolidated jobs, Propago generates a new layout that lists all included SKUs and their specifications on a single page.
- Job Details View: By clicking the gear icon on a SKU line, you can access the job details view. Here, jobs are organized by job number, and all SKUs included in any consolidated jobs are listed, offering a comprehensive view of the grouped items.
