Did You Know the Coop Scheduler has been updated with a few workflow improvements?

We’ve made a few convenience and user experience enhancements to the Coop Scheduler page recently. These updates are designed to make managing recurring coop fund adjustments even more efficient.

Here’s what’s new:

Inactive Coop Schedules Now Hidden by Default

We’ve updated the Coop Scheduler page to hide inactive Coop Schedules by default. This provides a cleaner, more streamlined view of your ongoing schedules.

You can still easily access your inactive schedules whenever needed. Simply uncheck the “Active” checkbox located above the table, and all inactive Coop Schedules will be displayed.

Edit Linkages Directly from the “Users and User Groups” View

We’ve made it simpler to manage who is included in your Coop Schedules. When you click the “User/User Groups” button next to a specific Coop Schedule, the pop-up modal that appears is now directly editable.

This means administrators can:

  • Add new users or user groups to an existing Coop Schedule.
  • Remove existing users or user groups from a Coop Schedule.

These enhancements build upon our existing Coop Funds management tools, giving you more control and efficiency when managing scheduled fund adjustments.

  • More efficient workflow with the ability to edit user and user group assignments directly from the Coop Schedule table. 

How It Works

Toggle Visibility of Inactive Schedules :

  1. Navigate to Admin > Setup > Coop Funds > Coop Scheduler to access the Coop Scheduler page.
  2. To view inactive schedules simply uncheck the “Active” checkbox located above the schedule table.
  3. Toggle between views as needed to manage both active and archived schedules efficiently.

Editing User/User Group Assignments:

  1. Locate the desired Coop Schedule in the table.
  2. Click the User/User Groups button next to the schedule you want to modify.
  3. In the newly enhanced pop-up modal, you can now:
    • Add new users or user groups to the Coop Schedule.
    • Remove existing users or user groups as needed.
  4. Save your changes to apply the updated assignments.
