Did You Know there are three new Near Real Time alerts for Buyer Groups?

We’ve added three powerful new reporting options to Near Real Time Buyer Groups, giving you more visibility into part creation and status changes:
- New Part Created
- Part Active Alert
- Part Inactive Alert
These new report types make it easier than ever to keep Buyer Group members in the loop when products are added or change status.
When enabled, these reports will automatically alert members of a Buyer Group under the following conditions:
- New Part Created – Triggers when a new SKU is created.
- Part Active Alert – Triggers when a Group Part is changed from Inactive to Active.
- Part Inactive Alert – Triggers when a Group Part is changed from Active to Inactive.
Important: For the New Part Created alert to work, the Buyer Group must have Run For All Parts enabled in the Group Parts tab.
As with all Near Real Time reports, the system checks hourly and only sends emails when there’s something new to report—no change, no email.
Benefits to You
- Instantly notify users when new SKUs are created.
- Keep teams informed about the activation or deactivation of key products.
- Strengthen product lifecycle communication without additional manual steps.
How It Works
- Go to Portals > Select a Customer > Buyer Groups.

Now your Buyer Groups can stay updated not just on inventory—but on what’s new and what’s changed.
