Did You Know you can view all Pending Approval orders that include a specific part?
On a part’s details page on the back end, you can click Show Open Orders to see all the open orders that include that part. Show Open Orders also allows you to take actions on orders such as replace the SKU in selected orders. See more: Show Open Orders.
We have added a Pending Approval as a new filter option in the Show Open Orders modal. This enables you to quickly find all orders that include a specific part that have the Pending Approval status.
You can choose to replace the part with a different SKU for selected Pending Approval orders or for all Pending Approval orders. You can similarly choose to cancel or close orders from this view.

How It Works
To see all orders with a Pending Approval status that have a certain part in them:
- On the back end, go to a part’s page: Part > Parts > select a part.
- On the Basic Information page, in the Part Information section, click the “Show Open Orders” button.
- In the dropdown, select “Pending Approval”.
From here, you can:
- Click on an order to jump to that order’s details page.
- Select multiple orders and replace the part in them, close them, or cancel them.
- Replace, close, or cancel all the Pending Approval orders that have this part.
Note: You can also access the Show Open Orders modal for a part directly from the Parts page by clicking the shopping cart icon in the rightmost column of the search grid.
