Did You Know you can create recurring coop adjustments with the Coop Scheduler?

With the new Coop Scheduler, you can set up reoccurring coop adjustments that repeat either monthly, quarterly, or yearly until deactivated. 

Scheduling a recurring coop adjustment is as easy as selecting the new Schedule Adjustment button on the Coop Adjustments page. You can choose how often you want the adjustment to occur and the start date for the adjustment schedule. 

Just like one-time adjustments, coop adjustment schedules can be configured for users, for user groups, for a coop bucket, and can be made to apply to individual users in a user group or for a user group’s shared coop funds. 

Coop adjustment schedules can either use the Add funds option or the Reset funds option. Choosing “Add” will add the set amount to the recipient(s) funds each time the adjustment repeats. Choosing “Reset” will reset the recipient(s) funds to the set amount each time the adjustment repeats, regardless of their current total. 

There is a page in the Coop Funds section called Coop Scheduler that allows front-end admins to see all the coop adjustment schedules that have been created and information about them such as the amount, the frequency, the recipients, etc. Coop adjustment schedules can also be deactivated or reactivated on this page.

  • Automate the distribution of coop funds to end users by scheduling reoccurring adjustments.
  • Configure the details of coop adjustment schedules to either add to or reset the amount of coop funds the recipient(s) have. 
  • Quickly get information about previously created coop adjustment schedules on the Coop Scheduler page. 

How It Works 

To create a coop adjustment schedule:

  • On the front-end, go to Admin / Setup / Coop. 
  • Click Coop Adjustments in the menu bar.
  • Configure the adjustment.
    • Select a bucket or choose No Bucket. 
    • Input an amount.
    • Choose either Add or Reset as the adjustment type.
    • Choose an adjustment reason. 
    • Add users and or user groups. If adding user groups, you can choose to apply the adjustment to each individual user in the user group by checking the “Apply to Users In Group”.
  • Click Schedule Adjustment
  • Give the adjustment schedule a name.
  • Select either Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly for the frequency.
  • Choose a start date.
  • Click Add Adjustment Schedule.
