Did You Know creating new part revisions now carries over Limits and Approval Threshold settings? 

The New Revision function provides you with an easy way to create multiple versions of a part without having to setup each variation from scratch each time. Many settings are carried over to the new revision of a part when using the New Revision button. We have added Limit settings and the Approval Threshold field to the list of settings that are copied over to the new SKU.

Benefits to You

• Quickly create multiple versions of a part that has Limit setups that you want to apply to each version.
• Apply the same Approval Threshold to multiple revisions of a part automatically with the New Revision function.

How It Works

When you duplicate a part using the New Revision button, the User and User Group order limits (found in the Limits tab on the part’s page) will be copied over.

The Approval Threshold amount will also be copied over, which can be found in the Basic Information tab in the Basic Settings section.
