New match options for Part Intercept Type: Item Type, Custom 01, Custom 02, Custom 03
The Order Intercept feature is a portal-level feature that enables the creation of targeted order management automation workflows. You can use Order Intercept to set up triggers and actions, so that when an order comes in that matches a triggers, the corresponding action(s) are run against it. Learn more about Order Intercept.
The trigger options have been updated with a new Intercept Type and new “Intercept Based On” options for Part-type intercept rules.
Use the Intercept Type: User to create triggers that match to orders based on the custom fields (Custom 01, Custom 02, and Custom 03) of the user who submitted the order.
In addition to being able to match orders based on the SKUs and Part Names of parts in an order, you can now also match based on Item Type and the custom fields (Custom 01, Custom 02, and Custom 03) of parts in an order.

How It Works
Custom field information can be used as triggers for Order Intercept rules by selecting Intercept Type = “User” or Intercept Type = “Part” and selecting either “Custom 01”, “Custom 02”, or “Custom 03” from the “Intercept Based On” dropdown.
Item Type can be used as a trigger for Order Intercept rules by selecting Intercept Type = “Part” and selecting “Item Type” from the “Intercept Based On” dropdown.
