Did You Know the front end Address Book now has a sortable header?

This is a small update to the front end Address Book to improve user experience. 

The Address Book can now be sorted alphabetically by either Address, Company, or Att/Contact by clicking the column header. 

This update applies to both the portal-level Address Book manageable by front end admins and the recently added user-specific address book. 

Benefits to the Client

• Simple enhancement to improve user experience when managing the Address Book.
• Sortable header added to the portal-level and the user-level address books.

How It Works

On the Address Book page, clicking either Address, Company, or Attn/Contact in the header will sort the list by that column, alphabetically. Clicking again will reverse the sort.

The portal-level Address Book (the main address book that can be used to assign addresses to users and user groups) can be found by going to Admin / Setup / Address Book. 

The user-level address book (list of addresses manageable and exclusive to the user) can be found by going to Tools / Address Book.
