Did You Know the Auto-Fill option in the Warehouse Gun Interface can be turned off?

Two settings in the backend Site section make it possible to modify the functionality of the mobile Gun Interface. 

Hide Autofill: Set to “Yes” to remove the “Fill” option when picking in the Gun Interface. This will require picks to be scanned in manually instead of auto-filling from the order information.

Download Pick/Pack Sheets: Set to “No” to disable Pick and Pack Sheet PDF downloads in the Gun Interface.

Benefits to You

  • Customize the functionality of the Gun Interface to suit your needs better.
  • Ensure every pick is scanned in when using the Gun Interface by disabling the option of auto-filling SKUs and locations. 
  • Turn off the ability to download pick/pack sheets if this function is not needed. 

 How It Works 

These settings can be found in the backend by going to System / Site / Warehouse Settings. Find the Gun Interface section near the bottom of the page. 

To turn off the Pick/Pack Sheet download function, set the Download Pick/Pack Sheets setting to “No”. 

To disable the autofill option, set the Hide Autofill setting to “Yes”.
