Use the portal setting “Disable Auto Waving of Orders” to exclude all orders from a specific customer from the Auto Wave Warehouse feature.

How It Works

To disable Auto Waving for a customer/portal:

  • In the back end, go to Portals / Select a Customer / Settings.
  • In the Warehouse & Shipping Settings section, find the setting called “Disable Auto Waving of Orders”
  • Set to “Yes”.
  • Save.
