Did You Know you can share Favorite Lists?
Favorites is a feature that gives users a convenient way to save products they order often in a single location for easy access. Favorite Lists was an addition we made to Favorites that makes it possible to organize Favorites into filterable lists.
The newest addition to Favorites is the ability to share Favorite Lists. Front-end admins can now share any Favorite List they have created with other users. Users who have been sent a Favorite List will see those products on their Favorites page and can filter by that list just like their personal Favorite Lists.
Front-end Admins can use the new Manage Favorite Lists function on their Favorites page to share lists. Both front-end admins and non-admin users can use Manage Favorite Lists to delete lists, see how many products are in each, and see who shared each list with them if they have any shared lists.
A few additional notes about sharing Favorites Lists:
- Shared Favorite Lists will only contain products included at the time the list was shared and do not update when the original creator adds or removes items from the list.
- Shared Favorite Lists will still enforce user viewing rights. Users will not be able to see items in a shared Favorite List if they do not have access to them via permission settings such as Inclusion Tags and User Group rules.
- When the user who has been given access to a list logs in, they will see a pop-up alerting them that someone has shared a Favorite List with them.

- New tool for managing Favorite Lists for both admin and non-admin users.
- Ability to use Favorites as a method of curating lists of products for other users as a front-end admin.
How It Works
As a front-end admin, to share a Favorite List:
- Go to Account / Favorites.
- Click Manage Favorite Lists.
- Click Share List on the list you want to share.
- Select the user(s) you want to share the list with.
- Click Share Lists.
