Did You Know DAM Sharing now suggests previous emails the user has shared to?

With DAM Sharing, end users can easily share digital assets on the storefront to any email address. Learn more here: DAM Sharing

This feature has been enhanced with the addition of stored email history that is specific to each user.

Meaning, instead of having to type out the full email address of the recipient each time, the system remembers what emails the user has sent to and suggests them as they type, just how it works in most email applications. 

Also, the email field automatically shows up to 10 of the previous emails the user has sent to by default before they start typing. This means in some cases the user will be able to select emails to send to without having to type at all.

How It Works

This change to DAM Sharing works automatically. The system stores data on previous emails each user has shared digital assets with. This then allows the email entry field to auto-populate with suggestions as the user types.
