Did You Know you can use Fast Pick Pack to combine order picks for greater efficiency?
Fast Pick Pack is a powerful tool for speeding up shipping and fulfillment by having the system automatically transact available inventory for pick quantities of waved or processed orders.
Usually, when an order comes through the system, warehouse personnel must review available inventory, input picking quantities, print a pick ticket, and go get products off the shelf one by one.
With Fast Pick Pack, Propago automatically transacts all pick quantities that are currently available in the system and allows fulfillment personnel to print pick sheets simultaneously making the whole process faster and less redundant.
When printing sheets from the Fast Pick Pack page, you can choose between two versions of the pick/pack sheet: the standard version and the condensed version.
The condensed pick/pack sheet is ideal for orders with many order lines. Each product is listed on its own line along with the first 50 characters of the product description.
You can enable Fast Pick Pack as the shipping method for a customer via the Portal settings. If a customer is set up to Default orders to Fast Pick Pack, then all orders will flow into the Fast Pick Pack page. If this option is turned off, you can still manually push individual orders through the Fast Pick Pack workflow via their pages in the Orders module.
Benefits to You
- Print pick tickets simultaneously and have the system transact available inventory automatically.
- Choose standard print tickets or condensed print tickets.
