Did You Know you can add a custom HTML message to the end-user Orders page?

The Messaging feature makes it easy to add custom HTML and text to various sections of your client’s portal.
We have added a new option to the Messaging page for placing a message on the front end Orders page. This is the page that allows end-users to view and see details of all their order, including pending orders and previous orders.

Benefits to You
- Add a customized description or notice to the top of the end user’s Order page on the portal.
- Inject custom HTML or plain text to appear on the non-admin front-end Order page.
How It Works
To add text or HTML to the front end Orders page:
- In the back end, go to Portals / Select a Customer / Messaging.
- Scroll down to the option called My Orders.
- Input your message and click Save.
