Did You Know you can now select “All Time” as an option for part limits?

Part Limits allow you to set controls on the number of individual products that users and user groups can order within a time frame. Now, “All Time” is an option for the time frame of part limits.

Setting the time frame of a part limit to “All Time” will essentially set a permanent cap on the quantity of a specific product that a user or user group can order. This could be useful for products that are not going to be restocked or products that your client wants to limit per user indefinitely.

• Select “All Time” as a time frame option for part limits.
• Set part limits for users and user groups that don’t cycle and instead act as permanent order caps.

How It Works

When creating part limits on the user or user group level, select “All Time” to create a part limit that does not cycle.

Find Part Limits by going to Portals / Select Customer / Users / Select User / Part Limits or Portals / Select Customer / User Groups / Select User Group / Part Limits.
