Did You Know you can now see custom field info on the Warehouse Window page?
We have added new columns to show custom fields on the Fulfillment Window, the Warehouse Window, and the Shipment Window in the back end. In addition, within the advanced search options of the Warehouse Window page, you can search for orders by their custom field inputs.
Custom fields can be used to collect more information about orders during checkout that is not covered by one of the default fields. See the following for more information about custom fields.
Benefits to You
- Custom fields are a flexible tool for collecting information from users about their orders (such as client codes, cost centers, or regions). Now you can see this information at a glance on the Warehouse Window page in addition to the Orders section.
- Use the Custom Field Search to filter orders on the Warehouse Window page by their custom field data.
How It Works
In the back end, go to Warehouse / Warehouse Window. You can find the custom fields after the Buyer column in the Fulfillment Window and after the Company column in the Warehouse Window and Shipment Window.
To search using the custom fields, click More Search Options and use the Custom Field Search.
