Did You Know the Facebook Queue page lists a user’s Facebook posts created from the portal?

Last fall we announced the Facebook Posts feature, which allows end users to create and schedule posts using items on the storefront, including personalized products.

The Facebook Queue is a page on the front end that will display all previous Facebook posts a user made using this feature, including scheduled posts that haven’t gone live yet.

Benefits to the Client

  • Check what Facebook posts have been made via the storefront.
  • See Facebook page each post was made to, the caption that was included, the created date, and the scheduled date.

How It Works

Users can see their Facebook Queue by going to the Facebook Queue page in the Account drop-down on the front end.

Note: You can restrict a user or user group from seeing the Facebook Queue page by unchecking the corresponding box on the Basic Information page in the back end.
